1. The service
Omqelo provides an organization and workspace application with Instagram Professional account connections in private beta. Messaging infrastructure is under development; a complete message Inbox is not currently available. Other channels shown as planned are not part of the available service.
The service provider is Kerem Mıhçı, a sole proprietor operating Omqelo, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. These Terms describe the relationship between that provider and users of Omqelo.
2. Accounts and authority
Use the service only if you can enter into the applicable agreement and have authority to act for your organization and connected accounts. Keep sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
Only connect third-party accounts you are authorized to manage. Organization administrators are responsible for granting appropriate workspace access and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
3. Authorized and acceptable use
Use Omqelo for lawful business purposes and comply with applicable platform terms. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed to use information you provide or access through a connected account.
- Do not access accounts, workspaces or information without authorization.
- Do not use the service for spam, fraud, abuse, unlawful surveillance or infringement of another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass ownership controls, security checks, access limits or provider restrictions.
- Do not upload malicious material or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
4. Third-party platforms
Instagram and other platform names refer to independent services. Their availability, account eligibility, consent requirements and policies can affect Omqelo connections. Omqelo does not promise that a platform will approve, publish or continue a particular integration.
Planned channels are directional information, not a delivery commitment. Listing a platform does not imply partnership or endorsement.
5. Private beta and availability
Private-beta functionality may be limited, interrupted or changed. Do not rely on an unfinished messaging workflow as the sole record or delivery path for important customer communications. No uptime guarantee or service-level agreement is included in this candidate.
There is no pricing, free-trial or paid-plan commitment on this public-site candidate. Any future commercial terms must be stated before a purchase is accepted.
6. Data and privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the intended processing of account, workspace and connected-platform information. You retain your rights in information you provide; Omqelo needs permission to process it only as necessary to provide the enabled service and meet applicable obligations.
Disconnecting removes stored provider credentials but does not automatically erase all account records, release ownership or complete a full data deletion request. See Data Deletion for the current process and limitations.
7. Intellectual property
Omqelo’s software, brand assets and site content remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of them. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Suspension and ending use
Access may need to be restricted to address unauthorized use, security incidents, platform restrictions or legal requirements. Users can stop using the service and disconnect supported accounts. Ending use does not itself erase records that require a separate deletion process.
The operator may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect security, meet legal obligations or comply with platform requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, the operator will provide notice and explain available next steps. Contact support about account access or data requests; these Terms do not promise a data-export feature that is not implemented.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Private-beta features and third-party platform dependencies may affect availability and results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer protections. No monetary liability cap is specified.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This choice does not override mandatory protections that apply under applicable law. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive court or venue is specified.
11. Contact and changes
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Kerem Mıhçı, a sole proprietor operating Omqelo at the monitored support inbox below.
These Terms may be revised as the service develops. The revision date is shown above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law, and any consent required for a change must be obtained before it takes effect.
